1. What is the service all about?

Docubay is a service wherein users can watch Documentaries from more than 75+ countries across the world. There is one new documentary added to the service every fortnight.

2. What are the prices?

The price point is RM5/week. This is a weekly pack. Once the user subscribes to the service they will be auto-renewed weekly.

3. How can a user unsubscribe from the service?

The user can go to the option of My account, wherein he will be able to unsubscribe from the service by selecting the unsubscribe option. After unsubscribing, the subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.

4. What are the validity plans?

The plan is valid for 7 Days.
