• DocuBay is a membership-based service. You can watch trailers and DocuBytes (short videos) of all the documentaries for free; to watch the entire documentary, sign up for a quarterly or yearly membership.

• Nope! You can explore our vast and exciting catalogue right away. Watch DocuBytes, Trailers and watch 2 minutes of all the titles absolutely free, without even signing up! However, to continue watching the full documentary you will have to sign up and buy a membership plan. It’s pretty hassle-free and totally worth it.

• Currently, you can buy a DocuBay Membership on our Website, Android app and iOS App only.

• Click on Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.

• Please provide the email ID used for signing up on the DocuBay app in the field provided.

  • You will receive an email with a link to reset the password in your email inbox.

  • Click on the link, and enter the new password and re-enter it to confirm.

  • Click on Update.

  • You can now login to your DocuBay account using your registered email ID and the new password.

• Open the DocuBay app.
• Tap on the menu.
• Tap on Downloads.
• Downloaded content will be visible.
• Click on the content you wish to view and start watching
• Note: You need to be logged in (online or offline) to view your downloads. Downloaded videos will be available on your device for 15 days from the date of download.
  If you are using DocuBay through a promo code, your downloaded videos will remain available only during the promotional period.

• Currently, Chromecast is only available for iOS devices

• Set up your Chromecast and connect it to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device.

• Open the DocuBay App from your iOS phone or tablet and select the video you want to cast.

• Select the Cast icon on the top-right corner of your screen to cast the content.

• Select the Chromecast device on which you want to cast the video.

• Your phone/tablet works just like a television remote controller. You can adjust volume, fast forward the video, and stop and play the video at your convenience.

• Click on the ‘Cast’ icon and select ‘Disconnect’ to stop casting

• Chromecast for Android devices will be available soon.

• Your iOS device should be connected to the Apple TV that you want to stream videos on.

• With the Airplay feature on your iOS device, select the option to watch videos on your Apple TV.

• Make sure your iOS device is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV.

• Select the video you want to watch from your device and press the Airplay button (this option will not show if you are not on the same Wi-Fi network as the device you wish to connect with).

• Select the Apple TV from the Airplay devices that show up, and your content will begin streaming on your Apple TV screen.

• Viewing content on multiple devices simultaneously using the same account is currently not supported on DocuBay.

• You will have to pause the content on the current device and click on play on the other device, after 10 seconds. The content will start playing on the second device.

• Or you can go for the OneTribe membership which allows 2 devices at a time.

• Go to Amazon.com and login.
• Go to the membership page.
• Click on the Actions drop-down next to the membership.
• Select ‘Turn off auto-renewal’.

Your membership will continue until your current membership period ends.

DocuBay does not have a refund policy. A one-time membership, once availed of, cannot be refunded.

Incase your DocuBay membership is set on auto-renewal, you can disable it for the next billing cycle. This will ensure that your membership isn’t renewed once the current membership ends.

• Search for the DocuBay app; download and install.
• Sign in to purchase a membership.
• Go to the 'My Account' page to view plans.
• Select a membership plan and click on proceed.
• If your card details are added on the Amazon account, the payment will be done by entering the CVV. If your card is not linked, you will be asked to enter your card details and complete the transaction.

You can now enjoy DocuBay free for 14 days by becoming a Premium or OneTribe member. The free trial will only be available if you select Google Pay as your payment option on Android, or App Store on iOS. You will be charged the full membership fee after the trial period is over. You can cancel the membership at any time during the trial period.

• Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
• Go to Menu and select Subscription.
• Select DocuBay.
• Select Cancel Subscription.

Kindly Note: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your DocuBay membership. Once your account is billed you will not receive a refund.

• Launch the Settings app.
• Go to iTunes and App Store.
• Click on your Apple ID.
• Click on View Apple ID when the pop-up window appears.
• Enter your Apple ID password, face ID, or fingerprint ID when prompted.
• Click on Membership.
• Click on View Apple ID and select Subscription.
• Select DocuBay.
• Click on Cancel Subscription.
• Select Confirm when prompted to cancel your Subscription.
